How Does A Wax Treatment Work? How Long Does It Take?

  • by

I received an email from a gentleman who was very anxious to have a wax treatment. He also had a lot of questions:

His questions:

I would like to have a wax treatment (buttocks and perineum, and maybe upper legs + underarms) but first I would like to receive more information.

For example, how will the treatment work? How long does it take? I assume it takes place in close private areas?

I’m very nervous to expose myself naked. What about privacy?

I hope I can get a quick response, and that I can make an appointment anytime soon.

My answer:

“Dear J.

Thank you for your message. I understand your uncertainty in the treatment, and I hope I can reassure you a little.

How Does a Treatment Work?

Waxing itself is quite simple:

  1. cleanse skin
  2. apply wax (specific wax for different body parts)
  3. and take it off in correct way

For the buttocks, please check (in dutch)

What About Privacy?

All treatments are conducted in a closed room without audience or other people. There is no see through window and because we are located in a residential area (not in a busy shopping street), you do not have to worry about people knowing the purpose of you visiting us.

Your privacy is guarded as much as possible by us. All treatments are on appointment, and overall I work within reasonable time, so it is likely except for my colleagues, you won’t meet other people in our building. Exceptionally, you might meet the next customer, if this customer is a bit early for their appointment or if the customer is picking up some stuff (but this rarely happens).

Your name and address is in our database but will not be shared with others.

Finally, seeing you naked is not a problem for me, because I see lots of different naked people on a daily basis, and I’m only interested in hair!

I hope I have answered your questions,

If you would like to know more, please let me know,
