Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between Angels Beauty and a client to which Angels Beauty has declared these conditions applicable, insofar as these conditions have not been expressly deviated from by the parties in writing.
2. Efforts salon
Angels Beauty shall carry out the treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship and on the basis of the then known state of science. Angels Beauty will as much as reasonably possible inform the client about financial consequences of the change or supplement to the treatment.
The client must notify Angels Beauty of any impediment to an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the client fails to meet this obligation or fails to do so in a timely manner, Angels Beauty may charge the client the full fee for the agreed treatment. If the client arrives at the studio more than five minutes later than the agreed-upon time, Angels Beauty may cut the lost time short from the treatment and still charge the entire agreed-upon fee.
Angels Beauty must notify the client of an appointment cancellation as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Both parties need not comply with these obligations if they are hindered by force majeure. Force majeure includes what the law and jurisprudence says about it, including strikes at Angels Beauty.
Angels Beauty lists all prices of treatments and products visibly in the salon. The reported prices are including VAT. Angels Beauty clearly states price changes 14 days before the effective date in the salon. Price changes are also communicated by mail to customers on file. Offers in advertisements are valid for the duration indicated and/or while supplies last.
The client should immediately after the treatment the payment of the treatment and any products in cash or by pin. Payment in installments is only possible after consultation with Angels Beauty.
5. Staff in the Salon
Angels Beauty has the right to have certain activities performed by employees without prior consultation with the client, if Angels Beauty deems this desirable for the proper execution of the treatment.
6. Personal data and privacy
Before the first treatment, the client provides Angels Beauty with information, which Angels Beauty indicates is necessary, or which the client should reasonably understand is necessary for the careful execution of the treatments.
Angels Beauty records the client's personal data in a computerized system and on a loyalty card. Angels Beauty handles the client's confidential data according to the guidelines in the Personal Data Protection Act. Angels Beauty will not sell or rent the client's data to third parties without prior written consent of the client.
Angels Beauty is obliged to keep confidential any confidential information disclosed by the client during treatment. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the client or if it arises from the nature of the information. The confidentiality expires if, pursuant to a statutory provision or a court order, Angels Beauty is obliged to disclose the confidential information to third parties.
Angels Beauty is not liable for damages of any kind arising from the fact that Angels Beauty relied on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client regarding relevant physical conditions, medication use, work or leisure activities.
Angels Beauty is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought to the studio by the client.
Angels Beauty provides the client with a 5-day warranty on the treatment and products. This warranty is void if:
- The client has not followed or has not properly followed the advice for home skin care as described in the advice leaflet.
- The client has not followed the advice to seek medical attention within five working days.
- The client has not used the products according to Angels Beauty's instructions for use or advice.
10. Damage and theft
Angels Beauty has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment or products. Angels Beauty always reports theft to the police.
If the client has a complaint about the treatment or a product, it must be reported in writing and in person to the owner of Angels Beauty and the treating stylist as soon as possible, but within five working days of discovery. Angels Beauty should be given the opportunity by the client to personally assess the complaint through analysis and anamnesis. Angels Beauty must provide the complainant with an adequate response within five business days. If a complaint is well-founded, Angels Beauty will perform the treatment again as agreed upon, unless in the meantime this has become demonstrably pointless for the client and the client makes this known in writing. If Angels Beauty and the complainant cannot reach an agreement, the complainant can submit the dispute to the legislator or mediator.
12. Proper conduct
The client should behave properly in the studio according to generally accepted standards. If the client after repeated warnings continues to show improper behavior, Angels Beauty and its employees herein, has the right to refuse the client access to the salon, stating reasons.
Each agreement between Angels Beauty and the client is governed by Dutch law. In case of interpretation of the content and scope of these general conditions, the Dutch text shall always prevail.
